2007/3/29 ISA By-electionWe had ISA By-election tonight. As a member of ISA- International Students Association, I joined the election again, cos i wanna change my position from ECO to finance officer, which is related to my accounting major. auntie tells my that it's also an experience and good for future job. it was a busy night. my colleague and i arrived at the lounge 2hours earlier than others for preparation. we set up the computer, did the photo shows, played the music, prepared the food and drinking. i had one competitor who's from Africa (maybe) . everyone made a speech to introduce themselves.  finally, i beat that guy by 43:5. thanx very much to all of my friends for voting for me.however, i like that guy. he still came to the platform and congratulation to me. a good man  !!!!I'll work as a finance office in the following year and also work as a residential adviser. so a busy year definitely. 2007/3/26 忙碌中~~~电脑中病毒， 重装了系统就再也上不了spaces了， 郁闷~~~ 终于倒腾了半天貌似稍微可以用了~~~ 上上周黄姨来mel看我， 呵呵， 丰富的2天， 学了好多东西，好感谢黄姨啊~~~ 刚好遇到casino法拉力车展， 还有the world's longest lunch, 可惜我们没买到票， 不过从外面也看到是怎么一回事了。 还专门到我的校区看了一下， 来回4个多小时， 辛苦了啊~~~ 最近学校好多活动， 因为加入了两个组织， 所以就更忙了， 再加上3个assignments要due了， oh my god, 不行了， 抓紧抓紧~~~~~~~~~ p.s. 为什么本猪猪一直不能添加照片和音乐， 征集解答中~~~~ 重谢~~~~~~ 2007/3/6 杂其实没什么特别的事情发生, 但就是觉得到时间记录些什么了~~~~~~~
开学两周, 认识了好多新朋友, 在加上我负责south area的住宿, 所以和这片的人特别熟
今天开了3个houses的 house meeting, 谈论house rules 之类的事情, 真的是漫长的夜晚啊, 回来后我头都疼了, 明天还有3个要开 god!!
RA昨天开了个小会, manage说为了感谢我们orientation week的努力工作, 给我们每人买了张community card, 呵呵~~
还给了我们每人一个网址, 让我们可以免费收看好多电视台的节目~~~~~~ 有时还能连上cctv1, 4 and 9
关于ISA, 还在考虑要不要继续申请financial officer, 觉得这学期的事好多啊~~ 但毕竟这也是个工作经验， 再说吧~~~~~~~

一直想换首how do i live, 可一直帖不上去, 气~~~~~~  那天看了 空中监狱~~ 结尾听到这首歌时也感动的一塌糊涂了~~ 觉得那部片子最最最经典的地方就是 当从未谋面的父亲把那只好不容易拿回来的脏西西的兔子给女儿做生日礼物时, 女儿的不解, 父母的感慨, 最后3人的拥抱, 经典的歌曲经典的片段~~~~~ |
